    I never understood nerfing by developers, especially and particularly for single player games that don't involve p2p online competition. I can understand why balancing and making sure people don't cheat, use exploits and spam weapons and OP gear, when it involves p2p online competition, but if I'm playing a game by myself against NPCs, then exploits, glitching, cheating, and spamming overpowered weapons, gear and other items, really becomes a victimless crime.
